Installer Setup (ISU)
Installer Options
S200 Smart thermostats can be set up using the Resideo Pro app:
S200 Smart thermostats can be set up using the Resideo Pro app. Touch the icon below to download the Resideo Pro app:
For S200 Smart models: After initial setup is complete, the thermostat will ask if you wish to perform setup on the device or by using the app.
If you select Using App open the Resideo Pro app and follow the instructions.
If you choose On Device follow the steps outlined below in the next section "Configure the Thermostat".
If entering the installer menu after initial setup, follow the steps below:

Press and hold the bottom left button and Up arrow button for 5 seconds to access INSTALLER MENU.

Press or to cycle through INSTALLER MENU options. When the menu option you want to adjust is displayed, press SELECT.
Installer Menu Options

ISU- Installer Setup options.

TEST- Installer Test options.

INFO- Displays a code used by the Resideo technical support team when needed.

RSET- Reset options. Reset Schedule, WiFi (S200) or Perform A Factory Reset.

REV- STAT: Displays thermostat's Firmware version. WiFi: Displays WiFi version.
To return to the Home screen, press the EXIT button (upper left) or wait for the thermostat to time out.
Configure the Thermostat
On initial setup, the thermostat will go to the ISU menu. S200 models will ask if you wish to perform setup on the device or by using the app. If entering the ISU menu on the device after initial setup, follow the steps below:

Press and hold the bottom left button and Up arrow button for 5 seconds to access the INSTALLER MENU.

Press or to cycle through INSTALLER MENU options. When ISU is displayed, press SELECT.

The display shows the ISU number on the left and the ISU setting on the right.
When an ISU number is displayed, press or to change the setting for that ISU.

After choosing the correct setting for an ISU, press NEXT to advance to the next ISU setting.

To finish setup, press the SAVE & EXIT button; this will save your settings and return to the Home screen.
